Mr. Kelley focuses his practice on landlord/tenant, title insurance/closing, and general real estate representation. He has extensive experience in the real estate industry and works closely with homeowners, realtors, property managers, and investors to make sure they have cost effective representation.

Prior to starting his own firm Mr. Kelley worked as in-house counsel at JARI Research, a non-profit cancer research company, and LexisNexis, a global provider of content-enabled solutions to attorneys and other professionals.

Mr. Kelley attended the University of Miami where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, an MBA with a specialization in Finance, as well as his law degree. Mr. Kelley also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. Mr. Kelley is a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.

Mr. Grant primarily focuses on landlord/tenant litigation, transactional title/closing work, and general real estate litigation. Mr. Grant fights for landlords, homeowners, investors, and real estate professionals.

Mr. Grant earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and English Literature from the University of Miami, and his law degree from The Shepard Broad Law School, Nova Southeastern University. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Tanis enjoys association law as her majority focus, and has several years of insurance litigation as well as landlord-tenant law experience. Ms. Tanis earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida Atlantic University and her law degree from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida Bar. Ms. Tanis runs the Association Law Department at Kelley & Grant, P.A. in Boca Raton, FL.

Cory Carano joined the Kelley & Grant, P.A. team in 2016 as of counsel, and handles the firm’s complex litigation and contract preparation. Mr. Carano possesses substantial experience in many areas of law but primarily focuses on real estate litigation, including commercial evictions, association matters, foreclosure, escrow disputes and investment partnership disputes.

After graduation from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a secondary concentration in Economics, Mr. Carano earned his law degree from the Florida State College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and the South District of Florida and is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar.

Brett Halperin

Brett Halperin focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Probate/Trust Administration, Elder Law, and Asset Protection. Brett works with clients of all asset levels to help them plan their estate and transfer wealth to their preferred beneficiaries. He can also assist family members who have lost a loved one navigate the probate process to gain control of the decedent’s assets.

Brett has worked for both large and small firms since his graduation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Prior to that, he earned a Bachelors’s degree in Economics from the University of Florida. He was tapped as a member of Florida Blue Key, the University of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious honor society. He currently volunteers his time with the Mission United Veterans Pro-Bono Legal Project, that provides free legal services for veterans and their family, as well as the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, where he serves on the board of the Young Adult Division and Men’s Division. Brett is a member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
